Nav Singh
Occupational Therapist
As the practice founder, Nav is passionate about developing a high quality allied health practice which services regional Victoria and outer west Melbourne.
Nav completed his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2011 from CMC vellore and completed a Masters in Public Health Degree from La Trobe University in 2015. Nav over the course of his learning in Melbourne completed gaining experience across different healthcare facilities, rehabilitation centres, and community based programs to develop diverse skill sets and build a strong professional network. Navneet familiarized himself with the Australian healthcare system and the regulations governing occupational therapy practices in the country. This involved understanding Medicare funding, private health insurance, NDIS and other aspects that influence the delivery of occupational therapy services in Australia.
Nav has worked in the public sector (Wimmera Health Care Group) as a senior clinician and continues to support their School Readiness program.
Nav has experience working with the Paediatric and adult population. Nav is passionate about his work and wants to bring high quality evidence based practise to his town of Ararat & surrounding and outer west Melbourne.
Aalia Khan
Aalia is a dedicated team player who values collaboration and believes in empowering individuals to achieve independence in their meaningful daily activities.
Aalia has completed her Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Nashik University in 2005 and extensive experience as a consultant Physiotherapist in Mumbai. In 2016, Aalia pursued a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University, further enriching her expertise. For over six years, she has been working as an Occupational Therapist at Epworth Health care.
Her areas of specialization include neurological conditions, pain management, trauma, geriatrics, orthopaedic conditions, adult mental health, paediatrics, and the prescription of assistive technology. Additionally, Aalia provides valuable recommendations for home modifications, ensuring optimal client outcomes and quality care.

Brione Walsh

Brione graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2022 from Australian Catholic University. Through her studies she completed placements in adult mental health, aged care, physical rehabilitation, hand therapy, and worked as an Allied Health Assistant.
Since graduating she has worked with clients across the lifespan, with particular focus on paediatrics. She enjoys creating a strong therapeutic relationship, and focusing on meaningful occupations that bring value to life, following an evidence based and client-centred model.
She has experience in supporting individuals in emotional regulation, independence in self care, activities of daily living, sensory assessments, and fine and gross motor skills.
Elizabeth completed her Bachelors in Occupational Therapy from CMC Vellore in 2011 and her Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2016 (Specialisation: Neuro Rehabilitation) from Manipal University.
Elizabeth is passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities and helping them achieve their goals. Her main areas of expertise include Neuro Rehabilitation and geriatric management. She has experience of working in various work settings such as aged care,rehabilitation units, mental health sector, paediatric OT clinic, acute inpatient set up, and lymphoedema private practice.
Elizabeth is trained and experienced in assessing and implementing evidence based interventions using a client centred, occupation based approach. She enjoys interacting with clients with diverse needs and conditions and finds it extremely rewarding to have a positive impact n their lives.

Ros is a passionate Occupational Therapist who aims to empower and resource people to
manage their everyday life and tasks. Ros fosters person–centred care and values, respects the expertise of others. Ros has had 25 years’ experience working and living in a rural environment and is aware of its advantages and challenges.
Graduating at La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) in
1993, Ros’s major experience has been in Community Health (East Wimmera Health
Service) and Aged Care.
However, Ros has had a wide range of experience which has proved helpful in rural health where people’s needs are diverse.
Some of the areas of expertise are equipment prescription /assistive technology, home modifications, falls prevention, health promotion, seating needs, wheelchairs, pressure care, and electric scooter use.

Michiko graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2022 at Australian Catholic University. Throughout her studies, and has completed placements in various settings such as private practice, schools and hospital facilities. Michiko embarked on her new graduate year in a community setting in Western Melbourne where she provided support to NDIS participants across the lifespan. She has experience in supporting individuals with increasing their independence in self-care tasks/daily routines, managing sensory and emotional regulation, and both fine and gross motor skills.
Michiko is passionate about providing quality care to clients and having a positive impact on the community. She is dedicated to working collaboratively with individuals and their families to support them in achieving their meaningful outcomes. Michiko practices in a holistic and client-centred manner and ensures that she is constantly up skilling to provide up-to-date evidence-based practice.
Michiko is also interested in furthering her knowledge and skills in hand therapy and assistive technology.

Rachel completed her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care in 2021. Rachel is also qualified in Advanced First Aid.
Rachel has previously worked in respite care, crisis care, first aid first responder and early childhood education.
Rachel finds it extremely rewarding interacting with clients with diverse needs and conditions to have a positive impact on their lives and achieve their goals.

Aidan is currently going into his 4th year of Occupational Therapy at Monash University and is interested in neuro rehabilitation, mental health and hand therapy.
Aidan has completed placements in Mental health and physical rehab and is passionate about delivering quality client-centred care that promotes patient progress and success, allowing clients to achieve their goals.

She enjoys seeing clients thrive in life and achieve their goals. Zoe's interests include sewing, interior design, spending time with her pets & binge watching a good TV series.

I have recently relocated to Ararat. I have spent the past 3 years working in aged care and disability support, across Warracknabeal, Horsham, Stawell, Ararat, Ballarat and surroundings. I completed a Certificate VI in Ageing support and Certificate VI in Disability in 2022.
I am passionate about helping people in all stages of their life and love to help my clients reach their full potential.
In my free time I enjoy camping with my partner, reading and cooking up a storm.

Jacana Gordon
Jacana has recently moved to Stawell from country Victoria. She has spent the past three years working in education support in the local area. Jacana has a passion for paediatric care and to help them achieve their goals. On her days off Jacana enjoys spending time with her dog and partner. Jacana is excited to make new connections and deliver excellent care for her clients and the greater community.
Siaw has successfully completed a Bachelor of Economics in Indonesia. With years of experience as an account administrator, she has always been passionate about working with numbers. In addition to her professional experience, she has also spent time in the hospitality industry, where she enjoyed connecting with people. Furthermore, she is currently serving as a Sunday School teacher's assistant in her church. Siaw feels grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Country Therapy team, where she can contribute to supporting the accounts.

Djulia is currently studying the Bachelor of Nursing with a keen interest in mental health and critical care.
Djulia has worked and completed clinical placements across several hospital and community settings including areas that heavily collaborate with allied health services and other agencies.
Belief in person centred care through a strengths based approach is what Djulia advocates.

Lauren relocated to Australia from the UK in 2017.
Lauren has completed a degree in Human Resource Management and is a qualified Level 2 Allied Health Assistant.
Lauren's passion is to work with children, adults and families to provide support and a friendly face.
Lauren has been helping Country Therapy Manage its Quality standard, Monitor compliance, provide AHA training and education, conduct client satisfaction survey and ensuring quality within Country Therapy's general process.

Madeline has completed Bachelor of Health Science at LaTrobe University and interested in completing another course in Occupational Therapy after more experience in the field.
Madeline is passionate about helping community especially families and pediatrics with their wellbeing and overall health whilst appreciating the diversity of everyone's situations. She also wants to provide a safer place for anyone to help people communicate and open up so to help in any way to provide a friendly environment and positive impact on people's lives.

Jade graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and plans to complete a Masters of Physiotherapy after working in the allied health sector as an exercise scientist and now an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Jade is keenly interested in sports and how sports and exercise can support individuals and injury rehabilitation.
She has worked in private physiotherapy practice settings which has encouraged her belief in client-centered care.
On her off days, Jade enjoys reading, Dog training and working as a Sports Trainer during the AFL season.
Teagan has an extensive medical background in nursing and administration. She is passionate to assist clients to lead their life as comfortable as possible, and she enjoys working with new people and serving community with love and care.
