Join Our Team
Country Therapy is a growing mobile OT practice serving regional and metro Victoria. We're looking for passionate, values-driven people who want to make a genuine difference in the communities they work in — while building a meaningful, flexible career.
Our Mission
Regional Victoria has been underserved by allied health for too long. Country Therapy was founded with a simple mission — to close that gap by building a team of exceptional therapists who are as passionate about community as they are about clinical excellence.
When you join Country Therapy, you're not just taking a job. You're becoming part of a practice that genuinely believes in what it does — and in the people who make it happen.
Every decision we make starts with what's best for the client. We believe in therapy that is meaningful, practical and person-centred.
We hold ourselves to a high standard. Evidence-based, thoughtful, and always learning — we want people who take their craft seriously.
We're not a franchise or a faceless corporate. We're a local practice that cares deeply about the communities we serve.
We keep admin lean so you can focus on what matters. We invest in systems and support that free up your time for clinical work.
Life at Country Therapy
You'll never feel isolated. We hold regular team meetings, clinical supervision, peer support and check-ins. Whether you're new to OT or an experienced clinician, you'll be supported every step of the way.
We work around your life, not the other way around. Whether you want full-time, part-time, or a flexible arrangement — we're open to finding something that works. Many of our team balance family, study or other commitments alongside their role.
You won't be doing the same thing every day. Our caseload spans paediatrics, aged care, NDIS, schools, DFFH, mental health and more. If you want to develop broad clinical skills across the lifespan, there's no better place to do it.
We invest in our team's growth. This includes funded CPD, internal learning sessions, access to clinical supervision, and opportunities to develop specialist skills in areas you're passionate about.
The work you do here genuinely changes lives. Our clients often have no other option for allied health support — your presence in their home, school or community makes a tangible, lasting difference to them and their families.
We use good systems so you can focus on what you trained for. We handle scheduling, billing and admin support — so you spend your time with clients, not paperwork.

How to Apply
Email your CV and a short cover letter to reception@countrytherapy.com.au. Tell us about yourself, the role you're interested in, and why Country Therapy appeals to you.
If there's a potential fit, we'll reach out for an informal phone or video call. This is a two-way conversation — we want you to get a feel for us just as much as we want to learn about you.
We'll invite shortlisted candidates to meet more of the team — either in person or online. We keep this relaxed and conversational. No trick questions, no formal panels.
We move quickly. If we're a good match, we'll make an offer and get you set up with everything you need to hit the ground running — systems, supervision, and a warm welcome from the whole team.
