Ros George
Senior Occupational Therapist
Ros is a passionate Occupational Therapist who aims to empower and resource people to manage their everyday life and tasks. Ros fosters person–centred care and values, respects the expertise of others. Ros has had 25 years’ experience working and living in a rural environment and is aware of its advantages and challenges. Graduating at La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) in 1993, Ros’s major experience has been in Community Health (East Wimmera Health Service) and Aged Care. However, Ros has had a wide range of experience which has proved helpful in rural health where people’s needs are diverse. Some of the areas of expertise are equipment prescription /assistive technology, home modifications, falls prevention, health promotion, seating needs, wheelchairs, pressure care, and electric scooter use.
Matt Savige
Occupational Therapist
Matthew graduated from La Trobe University in 2015 with a Bachelor of health science and a Masters in Occupational Therapy. He began his career in Occupational Therapy as a mental health clinician. Firstly, working in an acute adult inpatient unit and then caring for adults with mental illness as a case manager in the community. He also has many years of experience in the aged care sector where he enjoys bringing joy to those by assisting in areas of equipment prescription, falls prevention, and health promotion. Matthew enjoys creating therapeutic relationships, focusing on meaningful occupations that add value to life. He follows a client-centred model, whilst emphasising a holistic approach within a trauma informed framework. Matthew is also interested in paediatrics and is keen to further his skills and knowledge in this area as he continues to seek opportunities for growth within his field.



Nav Singh
Occupational Therapist
As the practice founder, Nav is passionate about developing a high quality allied health practice which services regional Victoria and outer west Melbourne. Nav completed his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2011 from CMC vellore and completed a Masters in Public Health Degree from La Trobe University in 2015. Nav over the course of his learning in Melbourne completed gaining experience across different healthcare facilities, rehabilitation centres, and community based programs to develop diverse skill sets and build a strong professional network. Navneet familiarized himself with the Australian healthcare system and the regulations governing occupational therapy practices in the country. This involved understanding Medicare funding, private health insurance, NDIS and other aspects that influence the delivery of occupational therapy services in Australia. Nav has worked in the public sector (Wimmera Health Care Group) as a senior clinician and continues to support their School Readiness program. Nav has experience working with the Paediatric and adult population. Nav is passionate about his work and wants to bring high quality evidence based practise to his town of Ararat & surrounding and outer west Melbourne.
Elizabeth
Occupational Therapist
Elizabeth completed her Bachelors in Occupational Therapy from CMC Vellore in 2011 and her Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2016, Specialising in Neuro Rehabilitation, from Manipal University. Elizabeth is passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities and helping them achieve their goals. Her main areas of expertise include Neuro Rehabilitation and geriatric management. She has experience of working in various work settings such as aged care,rehabilitation units, mental health sector, paediatric OT clinic, acute inpatient set up, and lymphoedema private practice. Elizabeth is trained and experienced in assessing and implementing evidence based interventions using a client centred, occupation based approach. She enjoys interacting with clients with diverse needs and conditions and finds it extremely rewarding to have a positive impact in their lives.


Michiko
Occupational Therapist
Michiko graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2022 at Australian Catholic University. Throughout her studies, and has completed placements in various settings such as private practice, schools and hospital facilities. Michiko embarked on her new graduate year in a community setting in Western Melbourne where she provided support to NDIS participants across the lifespan. She has experience in supporting individuals with increasing their independence in self-care tasks/daily routines, managing sensory and emotional regulation, and both fine and gross motor skills. Michiko is passionate about providing quality care to clients and having a positive impact on the community. She is dedicated to working collaboratively with individuals and their families to support them in achieving their meaningful outcomes. Michiko practices in a holistic and client-centred manner and ensures that she is constantly up skilling to provide up-to-date evidence-based practice. Michiko is also interested in furthering her knowledge and skills in hand therapy and assistive technology.
Chloe Healey
Occupational Therapist
Chloe grew up in regional Victoria and moved to Melbourne to study a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Chloe is passionate about supporting children, adults and families to lead meaningful lives. After working in a face-to-face community setting in metropolitan Melbourne, Chloe is excited to deliver friendly and meaningful support to people in regional Victoria


Minenhle
Minenhle is a lively and compassionate Occupational Therapist who turns everyday challenges into opportunities for growth and joy. Minenhle recently relocated to Australia from South Africa to continue her journey in community healthcare. She holds a degree in Occupational Therapy and has a strong passion for providing client-centred care to people of all ages and abilities. Minenhle enjoys supporting clients to regain their independence, build confidence, and participate in meaningful everyday activities. Outside of work, she loves singing, baking, and exploring new places. Minenhle is excited to build connections within the community and be part of a team making a positive difference.
Aidan Waide
Occupational Therapy Assistant
Aidan is currently going into his 4th year of Occupational Therapy at Monash University and is interested in neuro rehabilitation, mental health and hand therapy. Aidan has completed placements in Mental health and physical rehab and is passionate about delivering quality client-centred care that promotes patient progress and success, allowing clients to achieve their goals.


Zoe Brown
Occupational Therapy Assistant
Zoe is originally from the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and moved to Horsham to put down permanent roots. She enjoys seeing clients thrive in life and achieve their goals. Zoe's interests include sewing, interior design, spending time with her pets & binge watching a good TV series. Zoe is excited to meet new people & deliver the best care for clients and the community.
Olivia Gatt
Occupational Therapy Assistant
Olivia has completed a Bachelor of Science from Monash University and currently pursuing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University. Olivia is passionate about having a positive impact on her client's lives and looks forward to meeting new people that brings an excitement while working here


Madeline Sanders
Occupational Therapy Assistant
Madeline has completed Bachelor of Health Science at LaTrobe University and interested in completing another course in Occupational Therapy after more experience in the field. Madeline is passionate about helping community especially families and pediatrics with their wellbeing and overall health whilst appreciating the diversity of everyone's situations. She also wants to provide a safer place for anyone to help people communicate and open up so to help in any way to provide a friendly environment and positive impact on people's lives.
Lachlan
Senior Allied Health Assistant & Aged Care Services Coordinator
Lachlan is a Lara based psychology graduate excited by the opportunity to help people navigate their personal challenges and discover their best possible self. Drawing on his extensive experience in the hospitality industry and warm and empathetic in character, Lachlan is passionate about customer service and prides himself on building personable and secure connections with all of his clients. Lachlan has a background in the creative arts and is always interested in understanding what inspires the lives of those he works with.


Tammy Ebery
Allied Health Assistant
Tammy is a dedicated Allied Health Assistant and the newest member of the Country Therapy team, working closely with our Occupational Therapist to support clients of all ages and backgrounds in achieving their health and wellness goals. With a patient-centered approach and a genuine passion for helping others, Tammy is committed to delivering quality care and ensuring a positive experience for every individual. Known for her warm demeanour, compassion, and attention to detail, Tammy assists in a variety of therapeutic and rehabilitative activities. Whether she’s supporting occupational therapy programs or helping clients with daily living tasks, she brings empathy, professionalism, and a supportive presence to every session. With a strong focus on empowering clients and enhancing their quality of life, Tammy is proud to be part of the Country Therapy team
Imogen Holland
Occupational Therapy Assistant
I have recently relocated to Ararat. I have spent the past 3 years working in aged care and disability support, across Warracknabeal, Horsham, Stawell, Ararat, Ballarat and surroundings. I completed a Certificate VI in Ageing support and Certificate VI in Disability in 2022. I am passionate about helping people in all stages of their life and love to help my clients reach their full potential. In my free time I enjoy camping with my partner, reading and cooking up a storm.


Jacana Gordon
Occupational Therapy Assistant & Clinical Liaison – Adult Disability Support
Jacana has recently moved to Stawell from country Victoria. She has spent the past three years working in education support in the local area. Jacana has a passion for paediatric care and to help them achieve their goals. On her days off Jacana enjoys spending time with her dog and partner. Jacana is excited to make new connections and deliver excellent care for her clients and the greater community.
Donna Walsh
Occupational Therapy Assistant
Based in Ballarat, Donna Walsh combines her background in psychology and politics with her passion for promoting independence and well-being. With extensive experience in disability support and aged care, Donna is dedicated to enhancing quality of life through client-centred care and inclusivity. She works collaboratively with individuals to address their unique needs and goals, fostering empowerment, resilience, and meaningful progress in daily living. Donna’s enthusiasm and commitment to making a positive impact make her an invaluable part of our occupational therapy team.


Raunak Singh
Allied Health Assistant (Occupational Therapy)
Raun Completed his certificate in individual support and is working towards getting certified as an Allied Health Assistant. He is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and brings a wealth of experience in Childcare and Disability Support. He started working with children as children's camp counselor in 2018 , where he fostered memorable and enriching experience for the children. Apart from that, working in the field of Disability Support, it reflects his commitment to creating inclusive environments and providing personalized care. with a keen interest in Healthcare and Disability support space, Raun is poised to contribute his skills and compassion to make a meaningful difference.
Rachel Crennan
Occupational Therapy Assistant
Rachel completed her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care in 2021. Rachel is also qualified in Advanced First Aid. Rachel has previously worked in respite care, crisis care, first aid first responder and early childhood education. Rachel finds it extremely rewarding interacting with clients with diverse needs and conditions to have a positive impact on their lives and achieve their goals.


Allen Abraham
Operations Coordinator
Allen brings a unique blend of logistics and engineering expertise to his role as operations coordinator, offering a multifaceted approach tailored to the needs of therapy and rehabilitation. His extensive experience in process optimization, problem-solving, and efficiency improvement positions him to proactively enhance operational workflows in support of client care and therapeutic outcomes. Currently based in Perth, Allen is further advancing his knowledge by pursuing his master's degree at Curtin University, demonstrating his commitment to excellence in the field.
Lauren
Quality In-Charge
Lauren relocated to Australia from the UK in 2017. Lauren has completed a degree in Human Resource Management and is a qualified Level 2 Allied Health Assistant. Lauren's passion is to work with children, adults and families to provide support and a friendly face. Lauren has been helping Country Therapy Manage its Quality standard, Monitor compliance, provide AHA training and education, conduct client satisfaction survey and ensuring quality within Country Therapy's general process.


Siaw Yen Tjong

Siaw has successfully completed a Bachelor of Economics in Indonesia. With years of experience as an account administrator, she has always been passionate about working with numbers. In addition to her professional experience, she has also spent time in the hospitality industry, where she enjoyed connecting with people. Furthermore, she is currently serving as a Sunday School teacher's assistant in her church. Siaw feels grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Country Therapy team, where she can contribute to supporting the accounts.
Chalise Barling
Executive Assistant to the Principal / Allied health Assistant
Chalise wears two hats, Executive Assistant and Allied Health Assistant and her unique blend of sharp organisational skills and compassionate care makes her an invaluable part of the team. With a background in hospitality and support work, Chalise brings a calm, friendly presence to every interaction, whether she’s behind the scenes keeping everything running smoothly or directly supporting clients in their therapy journey. Her passion lies in mental health and helping others improve their quality of life. Chalise believes that genuine connection and consistent support can make a powerful difference, and she’s driven by a deep commitment to seeing clients feel empowered, understood, and cared for. She brings this same thoughtful approach to the way she supports her colleagues and contributes to the broader team. Outside of work, Chalise enjoys catching up with friends and family, staying active with Pilates, and spending time with her beloved husky, Lilo, whether it’s on a walk, a road trip, or just a relaxed day at home.
